KTM TestRide - Terms of use

Always drive with foresight and brake in time!
Never without a helmet!

1. the test bike is handed over in perfect condition. In case of improper or negligent use of the test bike, the costs for repair or replacement of damaged components are to be reimbursed by the tester. This also applies if components are missing upon return. Until full payment, we are entitled to retain the identity card + a second document of the test rider as a deposit.

2. we ask for your understanding that the test ride is limited to a maximum of two hours.

3. we, the company KTM Fahrrad GmbH, are in principle not willing and obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

4. the undersigned confirms that he/she has been informed about the functions and safety measures of the test bike.

5. the use is at the user's own risk and peril.

6. we, the company KTM Fahrrad GmbH, shall be liable exclusively for personal injury and property damage caused by intentional or negligent breaches of duty by us, our legal representatives or employees (e.g. due to defects of the test bike). In contrast, there is no liability for accidents and any resulting personal injury and property damage that have other causes. This also applies to damages against third parties.

7. in case of loss or theft, the tester is liable to the full extent of the sales price.
